The River Falls Town Board will meet on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 8:00 P.M. at the River Falls Town Hall, W9015 770th Ave.  AGENDA:  Minutes; Financial report; Board/Staff Communications; Public comments & requests; Planning Committee recommendations (see agenda below): Discuss/action on request by Ray Magnuson to reclassify outlot; Awarding of  town road work bids; Discuss/action on town fee schedule; Discuss/action on town employee contracts; Discuss facility needs at town shop/town hall; Discuss/action on mobile home court license for Blair’s Court located at W9792-W9804 770th Ave.; Review of town impact fee ordinance; Set dates for town code book review and meeting with state legislators; Future agenda items; Audit & pay bills.

TOWN OF RIVER FALLS BOARD OF REVIEW

The Town of River Falls Board of Review will meet on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 7:50 P.M. at the River Falls Town Hall, W9015 770th Ave.  The purpose of the meeting will be to establish a later date to hold the 2008 Board of Review proceedings at such time when the town assessment rolls have been completed. 

TOWN OF RIVER FALLS PARKS & RECREATION COMMITTEE

The Town of River Falls Parks & Recreation Committee will meet on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 6:30 P.M. at Hillwood Park located at W10353 880th Ave. (in case of inclement weather the meeting will be moved to the River Falls Town Hall).  Items on the agenda will include:  Minutes; Public Comments & Requests; Treasurer’s Report; New Business; Grading/seeding or flail mowing of Anderson & South Valley Parks; Rocky Branch Bridge Chpt. 30 permit; Hillwood Park design and future plans; Hillwood Adopt a Park Committee;  Tour Hillwood Park; Report on name of park in South Valley Addition; Report on spiral trees guards and mulching.  A quorum of town board members may be present at this meeting for informational purposes.  

TOWN OF RIVER FALLS

The River Falls Town Board will meet at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at the River Falls Town Shop located at N7750 Hwy. 65.  The board will immediately go into closed session under Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1)(c) to evaluate employee performance and consider employee compensation.
