HOURS
During the winter months the Recycle Center is only open:
Saturdays 8 A.M. – 4 P.M.
Please respect this, NO illegal dumping during the weekdays.


Summer hours may be extended due to demand.
The current summer hours are: Saturdays 8 A.M. - 4 P.M.
 Wednesdays from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. (April through October )

Items Accepted for Recycling at No Charge

 
  • Mixed paper and Cardboard

Cardboard boxes, grocery bags, cereal/soda boxes, newspaper, magazines, office paper & file folders. 
No plastic bags, waxed cardboard, milk or juice cartons please.

  • Plastics

#1 & #2 plastics accepted for Recycling.  Please remove caps and lids.
 

  • Aluminum Cans
  • Tin Cans

Include coffee, soup & vegetable cans.
 

  • Glass Containers

Bottles & jars only please- clear, green and brown.  Please remove caps and lids.
No window glass, ceramics, china or light bulbs, they go in the trash
 

  • Oil bottles, Oil Filters and Used Motor Oil

Please remove caps and place them on the draining rack.

  • Antifreeze

  • Printer Cartridges
  • Bicycles

Good used bikes accepted, old rusty bikes & bent frames, please remove tires & all plastics they can be placed in the scrap metal dumpster free of charge.
