6:00 P.M. – Plan Commission Agenda: Minutes from 7/6/26 Plan Commission Meeting; Zoning Administrator Report; Discuss and Take Action on Zoning Permit for Kent and Diane Forsland, 810th Avenue; Review Proposed Changes to Town Code Chapter 1 – General Government; Discussion of Act 68, Discussion of Farmland Preservation, and Identify Planning Commission Duties; Discuss Plan Commission Roles and Responsibilities; Updates from Plan Commission Sub-Committees; Comments & Requests; A quorum of Town Board members may be present.
